android wear application not installing immediately -

i developing mobile multidex application has wear support.when install signed apk mobile,it works takes lot of time deploy on huawei watch. i not know root cause of delay.. has come across same situation?i factory reset both handset , watch.thanks or clue.

finally downgrade playservice library 8.4, not know why if choose 9.4 or >9.0 not deployed wearable application huawei watch
